This Privacy Policy applies to browsing skytrade.cc, submitting inquiries, placing paid orders, and using support chat. It describes what personal data we collect, why we use it, how we store it, when we share it, and how you can ask about access or deletion.

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect: inquiry and contact details you submit (such as name, email, company, country, and message); order details (product, amount, currency, order reference, locale, and optional partner tracking codes); payment-related status and identifiers returned by our payment processor (we do not store full card numbers on this site); support chat messages and a temporary visitor token; and basic technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps needed to operate security and rate limits.

Order, inquiry, and support records are stored in our production database hosted with our infrastructure provider. Access to administrative tools is restricted to authorized staff. We share data only as needed to run the service: payment processors (for example Stripe) receive the information required to process card payments and return payment status; hosting and database providers process data to keep the site online; and, when an order uses a partner pay link or callback, limited order status may be sent to that partner. Logistics or shipping providers may receive delivery details when a physical shipment applies. We do not share personal data for unrelated advertising.

You may contact us to ask what personal data we hold about you, to correct inaccurate details, or to request deletion where we are not required to keep the data for legal, dispute, or accounting reasons. Because most buyers do not create a customer account, please include your order reference, email used at checkout or inquiry, or other details that help us locate your records.

Visitors generally do not need a customer login to browse or pay. Support chat may use a temporary token stored in the browser for that session. We may use essential cookies or similar technology for locale preference, security, and session continuity. There is no separate customer account portal to “cancel”; if you want related data removed, contact us as described above.
